the class
this group workshop will cover all of the basics of tapestry weaving including preparing your loom for weaving, choosing the right fibre for your work, planning your design, tips, tricks and techniques for weaving neatly and evenly, as well as a variety of options for finishing and displaying your completed work
participants will go home with all of the tools needed to continue weaving at home!
the kit
each participant will take home:
- frame loom and spacer sticks
- wooden bobbin
- wooden shuttle
- comb
- tapestry needle
- warp cord
- enough yarn to complete their project at home
