Refund policy

I truly hope that you are happy with your order, but in the event that you are not or if you have changed your mind, I offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at info@studioliakarras.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges will be charged a flat shipping rate.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

All of my products are made by hand and carefully inspected before leaving our studio. Due to the nature of handmade goods, please expect reasonable variation though I do my everything in my power to produce a consistent product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right in a timely manner.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, custom products cannot be returned and I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in exchanging a product, please complete the return process as described above. Once the return has been accepted, please place a new order for the product that you would like in exchange. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

REFUNDS

I will be in touch with you once I’ve received and inspected your return. I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
